Coven Administrators

The Coven Administrators are the administrative officers who oversee the day-to-day operations of the Roukan Circle Coven. The Administrators are the managers who carry forth the vision for the coven set by the Coven Council. The Administrators report directly to the Coven Council. 

The Chief Administrator is the appointed Head of all Administrators and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Coven. Allister Cameron was appointed to this office on August 24th, 2026. 

Coven Remembrancers

The Coven Remembrancers are the administrative assistants who oversee the clerical tasks and administrative duties needed to effectively run the Coven. They report to the Coven Administrators. 

The Chief Remembrancer is the appointed Head of all Remembrancers and serves as the Chief Records Officer of the Coven. Luke Dawson was appointed to this office on August 26th, 2026. 

Fiscal Specialist: The Fiscal Specialist is a Remembrancer tasked with overseeing the Coven finances, paying bills, and performing the regular bookkeeping of the Coven. 

Library Specialist: The Library Specialist is a Remembrancer tasked with overseeing the Roukan Circle Librarium, an online e-library free of use to Roukan Circle members. 

Systems Specialist: The Systems Specialist is a Remembrancer tasked with the maintenance and upkeep of our email system, portal system, and ticket/knowledge base systems. 

Coven Wardens

The Coven Wardens are the enforcement and spiritual defense specialists who oversee the security of the Coven. They report to the Coven Administrators. 

The Chief Warden is the appointed Head of all Wardens and serves as the Chief Enforcement & Security Officer of the Coven. Michael Cameron was appointed to this office on August 26th, 2026. 

Coven Magisters

The Coven Magisters are the Guild Masters who oversee the various guilds. They report to the Coven Administrators.
