01 - Creation of the Roukan Circle Coven

The Roukan Circle Coven is hereby founded on this day of Monday, August 24th, 2026 by Reverend, Mikeal G. Maguschak and in witness of Allister J. Cameron. The Roukan Circle shall be a re-birth of the previous Roukan Circle Coven originally founded in 2017 and closed in 2025. 

The Roukan Circle Coven shall be a non-profit, metaphysical coven and private social media platform established for the purpose of providing a safe electronic space to study and practice metaphysical modalities within a community built on trust and collaboration.
