04 - Coven Membership

Coveners are members of the Roukan Circle Coven. They have access to the Roukan Circle coven portal and are allowed to join as many open Guilds or Committees as they wish. Coveners may also hold more than one Coven Administration roles or a Coven Council role. 

Membership Requirements

• All Roukan Circle Members must be eighteen years of age or older. 
• Roukan Circle Members must be active in their account to maintain access. 
• Roukan Circle Members with a Bonded Title must pay their bonds and keep them in good standing. 

Membership Etiquette

• Members must be respectful of each other. 
• If a member does not want to communicate or be in contact with another member, they are encouraged to block that member in their profile settings. 
• Members are to respect the chain of command and give respect and follow orders given by Coven Administration. If there is a problem or issue, please report to the Coven Administrators for a resolution. 
• Members who are experiencing technical difficulties are to create a support ticket on our website join.roukancircle.com alternatively, they can contact the Remembrancer-Systems Specialist for support. 

Membership Fees

The Roukan Circle Alpha Magicks Guild is currently donating funds to cover all coven memberships. In the event that this arrangement stops, the members will receive communication from the NSE Council to discuss what membership dues will be required and when. 

Membership Benefits

• Access to the private Roukan Circle Coven social media portal.
• Unlimited access to open Guilds designed to retain and research various metaphysical modalities. 
• Unlimited access to the Roukan Circle Librarium, an electronic library of metaphysical e-books that is added to weekly. 
• Administration Roles - Coven Email: Members who are in administration roles are eligible to receive a personalized @roukancircle.com e-mail address.
